Details: Edward Drew was married to Mary, daughter of James Supplie and Mary Casson. Edward was engaged by Mr. Thomas McDougall to oversee a property of 900 acres called Overton, Maitland, the area now known as Lorn. Edward and Mary and family eventually went to Armidale in New England where Edward died on 29th July 1852 at Ryanda aged 34, leaving Mary with six children. Overton was later occupied by the younger of the five McDougall brothers, Alexander
